Employees are placed within an environment that seeks to proactively prevent injury and illness resulting from production. Preventable hazards are recognised and eliminated. NPC has a zero-tolerance approach towards breaches of our health and safety standards.
 
With production, the environment must also be considered. NPC has made efforts with technology to better prevent waste and increase efficiency. Recycling in the form of repurposing and reselling has also reduced our negative effects on environment.
